He also helped with a knee injury after a fall. The adjustments are pain-free and have paid for themselves, as I'm able to keep working and living without pain.

I want to add that Dr. Koch is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for her patients. Dr. Koch saved me from unnecessary neck surgery which could have been disastrous for me. When a Neurologist stated I needed my discs fused, Dr. Koch didn't agree and believed it to be a severe case of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. She referred me to one of the top neurosurgeons in the valley, and after numerous tests, confirmed her diagnosis. I am so grateful and blessed to have a wonderful Chiropractor who cares. I also like that there isn't pressure to return 3 times a week, as I hear some local chiropractors do. Dr. Koch and her staff are always friendly and professional. After 2 months I could walk about 20 feet, stabbing pains reduced to just tingles. I expected to get better fairly quickly. Then she dropped the visits down to about 10 days apart. At first I was in extreme pain waiting for the next visit & I told her I wanted to go back to twice a week. She said I didn't need to it would get better. I started swimming for physical therapy. That HELPED A LOT. I swam, walked backwards & did the happy baby yoga stretch with wall. Meanwhile with every visit with her nothing else was changing, except she was cracking other areas that I didn't need or want cracked. I wasn't getting any better, unlike the first 2 months. I had other health issues & couldn't go for a while. Then I went back for the last visit, she cracked my neck & it felt wrong, she cracked the middle of my back when I had no issue with it, she messaged my back. That is it. ZERO treatment for my spinal stenosis. ZERO. I left still hurting about the same as when I went in. For 3 days after that I had horrible neck headaches. Luckily I was able to get back in my pool & for the next 3 days swam & did exercise & 3 days after that the pain subsided enough for me to walk 10 feet again without feeling like my back was going go break. Let me start with I am only…read morewriting this review for my free toaster or at the very least I expect pens out of this (Obviously not, yes there is sarcasm this review, knowing what I know now, I wish I'd gone here from day 1) I happen to be in the area and couldn't take the pain anymore, doctors and therapists are a last resort for me. I seriously think they're all quacks. Seriously though, I, against preconceived notions, went to Jess, because my ankle was throbbing in pain, and she worked her magic, frankly it could be voodoo for all I care(it was acupuncture) and I could walk without throbbing pain again. Only to have my 7 year old son jump and land on it, because he was messing around a few hours later. Even still after that, the ankle cleared up in a few days and I was dealing with that pain for 3 weeks. While Jess and I may have our differences of opinion,(you already know how I feel about doctors) she's caring and empathic towards myself, the patient, to the point that I returned to Jess with my daughter who was also dealing with pain, which I won't discuss a child's diagnosis, and Jess worked her magic again.
