I was once a successful attorney and became disabled b/c of the migraines. By the time I started treating with him, I was having severe cognitive problems whereby I couldn't even put sentences together, forgot things that happened mere minutes ago, and couldn't even remember my friends' names (and I graduated top of my class in college and law school).
