My front passenger window was busted out and my work bag which contained my wallet was stolen. Amedysis has done nothing to compensate me for my damages. I was insulted by risk management as she told me the rate they pay for mileage is to cover the cost of damages to my vehicle. No further efforts have been made to ensure the safety of clinicians as this agency continue to send clinicians to the same dangerous part of town.

However, their billing department is predatory. I paid each of my copayments when I attended my appointments; however, they keep billing me for my copayments after the insurance says what my portion is. They do not apply your payments to your account! Despite sharing with their billing department that I paid my copayments, they still say I owe. I have even sent over my credit card statements that shows that I paid my copayments on the dates they are saying I did not. DO NOT go here! Go somewhere else! These are predatory practices.

With mental health issues it feel like pulling teeth having to reexplain all of your life to each new provider you get. The care is never consistent. And they just push meds regardless of what you come in for. 60 day required urine tests too. So if you have social anxiety, forget about doing anything consistently virtual. If you care about yourself at all- don't waste your time with this place.

currently going through the process of enlisting into the airforce and I need my clinic notes from…read morewhen I was getting my prescriptions from here and going to therapy. first I'm given a piece of paper listing my medication but MEPS needs more than just a cover sheet, so I go in again requesting a print out of my medical documents and I'm told I need an attorney to send in a subpoena for them to give me my own medical information. This seems highly irregular, what happens when someone needs to change medical providers? What happens when someone has to move away? The ladies at the front desk who delivered this news to me were very polite but whoever created this backwards policy had some explaining to do.
