I think out of ALL the family doctors I have seen in my adult life, he has by far been the best. The staff is kind and really take care of you. Every time I ever called to address a medication concern or refill they get right on it! They are efficient and really provide amazing service!!! The nurses are sweet :) Oh, and when taking blood, they rock! Never hurts...they have magic needles I think. lol! They have a great team here!!! Again, very happy here!!!

Morgan scheduled my appointment over the phone and was so nice and patient -- she made me feel much better about what can be a very intimidating process. Amber is such a wonderful woman. On the day of my exam, I actually made two mistakes on my paperwork (completely my fault -- I misspelled my name first, then added an extra number to my passport number ). I really do feel heard with Audrey Gale, she takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly goes over everything she is prescribing or diagnosing to me so that I fully understand. She has helped me so much in my time of need with my current health issues, referring me to the suitable external doctors for more examination to help figure out what is going on. I would recommend him to parents of teens going for their first well woman exam, to newly pregnant women looking for a doctor to care for both her unborn baby and herself, as well as women who have skipped this particular part of their overall care. I was told by the front office staff that I was welcome to reschedule my appointment, after waiting an hour with my toddler and newborn, or I could wait, but they did not know how long it would be. I waited another 30 minutes with literal tears streaming down my face as I'm rocking my screaming newborn who's literally starving because she doesn't have any milk due to the long wait time. I was offered formula from the back, which is actually a kind offer, however my child doesn't take that formula. I never imagined the wait would be that long and I would need a second bottle. Multiple sick children came in and were coughing and sneezing in the tiny, and albeit dirty, waiting room. There is no separate area for well kids/people to sit so you are forced to share space with unwell children as well, which is not common in practices now days. I was very excited about finding this practice because it's closer to my home and also my younger daughter had her visit there the day before and the wait time was under 10 minutes. I was shocked with the outcome of today's events, especially since there was no explanation other than "we have multiple bookings to fit everyone in". I don't feel it's fair for me and my toddler and infant to sit waiting for 1.5 hours for providers to double book themselves. I will be reaching out to management to see how this can be rectified to not happen again. My review is edited to show my experience and will be updated after speaking with management.

I've been a parent for ten years, and for the last five of those years, we have Silver Hill Medical Clinic as our primary care office. Anyone who knows me or has followed me for a while knows that when I find a provider I love, I am incredibly loyal--and that I am also a very strong advocate for my children. I don't take speaking publicly about medical care lightly !!! We began seeing this practice at the start of COVID, and Dr. Sandy became my trusted primary care provider. She walked with me through two second-trimester pregnancy losses, the mental health crisis that followed, and many deeply vulnerable seasons. Over those five years, this office has seen all four of my children, including multiple visits when they were infants and toddlers. I always felt heard, remembered, and genuinely cared for by Dr. Sandy herself. Unfortunately, a recent experience with the office staff completely shattered the trust I had in this practice. When I called seeking care for my 10-month-old--who they had turned down earlier that day when my husband brought her in. (But she had been seen at this office just weeks prior). I was told they "do not see children under two" and that this has always been their policy. This policy has never once been communicated to me in five years of care, despite clear medical record proof (posted public and pinned on my personal page) that they have repeatedly seen my babies and young children. When I expressed my confusion and frustration, I was repeatedly told they had "made an exception" at her recent visit, even though this was never mentioned at the time. The staff showed no empathy, insisted the policy had always existed despite the documentation, and ultimately hung up on me. If this truly is their policy, I can respect that--but being turned away without warning, CONTRAINDICATED BY YEARS OF RECORDS, and treated with such dismissal was incredibly upsetting. What has been most painful is the complete lack of follow-up. After years of loyalty and deeply personal care, Dr. Sandy did not call, did not message me directly, and made no attempt to address what happened outside of the message you see below. I waited through the holidays, hoping to hear something. I never did. Even a brief portal message was unsigned and impersonal. Losing a provider I once loved and trusted is devastating. We will not be returning to this practice, and I can no longer recommend it--especially to families with young children. I'm sharing this with documentation so others can make informed decisions about their care.
