No apology or anything for them taking so long to figure this out, now I have to re order from elsewhere. Tried to return some faulty cheap tyres bought via eBay (that's where I went wrong obviously!), they were both splitting around the joins and manufacturers badges on the sidewalls, my previous experience was good with several online sales from hopkinson cycles. Hopkinson cycles decided that the tyres weren't faulty even after I sent photos of the faults, they then refused to accept a return, the tyre pressures were set properly and the previous set were replaced from being worn out, not split and cracked like these new ones have in about a months use. The refund would have been about £10. I was willing to buy another pair from them at full price. But there has been no further contact except for them closing my return request and blocking me. If you want any warranty on parts and accessories then don't buy from hopkinson cycles. There's lots of other similar bike shops with great customer service, something hopkinson cycles seem to know nothing about when there's a problem. read more
