My first.............and last experience with the owner of Hopkinton Drug by the name of Dennis (owner of the store) began with a script that my prescription benefit company does not provide. My doctor sent the script to this Hopkinton Drug as they provide this medication. My dealings with this store were anything but simple. First off I had to listen to this Dennis, a so called "professional" for at least 20 minutes telling me why he does not deal with my prescription benefit company. I received the medication and then forwarded the information he supplied to my script company for reimbursement. Some information to process my reimbursement was missing that required Dennis' help. I spent almost a week going back and forth with this man, who absolutely refused to give me the information as he insisted "they have all the information they are going to get from me." Each and every phone call with him I had to listen to him sputter off as to why he does not like the drug company and also his concocted theory as to why they are doing this. I told him if he did not give the company the information they needed then I could not be reimbursed; he could have cared less. So a week later and here I sit without my reimbursement. I have never had to deal with a more arrogant, rude, and unprofessional person in my life such as this one. read more
