I told them that was unacceptable and they brought out a clump river birch which we had requested. Unfortunately, it was all chopped up and it wasn't acceptable either. I did not hire Onsite. I am a direct neighbor to a property they worked on. The tree they cut down…read morewas close to the property line so I expect accidents to happen. My yard now has deep pits from parts of the tree falling, deep enough to bottom out my riding mower. They did not bother to fill in the pits. Property line was damaged enough that water runoff from neighbors property is now flooding down my house. They damaged my wife's raised bed garden smashing some of her plants. They removed that branch that had fallen but did not bother to tell us. When confronted about it they asked if we wanted to talk to a supervisor to which we said yes. No supervisor showed. The next day we found a half dead replacement plant in a bucket by our garden. Called the office to speak to owner but never received a call back. Very unprofessional business practices in my opinion. Again I did not hire them for any work but i certainly paid a price.
