He is also very anti drugs and I was around once when he smelled someone smoking pot and called the cops. these guys do a pretty good job of keeping these apartments safe and spend time and money fixing them up. They are older buildings but they do alot of updates and keep them nice. I have also witnessed them talking to people that haven't paid rent and the tenants are usually rude and obnoxious as if it is the owner and managers fault. I found those of us that pay rent and don't make trouble, it's a great place to live. Those of you that have issues must not pay rent or cause trouble.
