His knowledge of anything related to simple rain flow and drainage requirements are abysmal. Anything related to simple engineering skills and code requirements for irrigation is best left to professionals. Robert is none of these. He is quick to explain how his errors are somehow the customer's fault and won't listen to the facts, logic, and cannot understand basic principles of physics, water flow, simple engineering concepts, and gravity acting upon a landscape. It's get it done, get your money, and get out. His knowledge of code requirements of irrigation systems are also non existent. Code requires the back flow device to be 12" minimum above the highest sprinkler head. Robert has no clue. Give your project and money to someone who is qualified to do your project correctly. Not someone who has to bolster his confidence by telling his customers how wrong they are and doing what he pleases, only to see it fail, and then refuses to fix what he messed up to begin with. Does not know how to think on his feet and adjust to changing conditions. Do yourself a favor, run from his BS!
