They are in the process of replacing everything and hopefully everything will be resolved next week. Unfortunate situation but kudos to their team for trying to resolve it. I have to give them 0 stars! They started the job on a Tuesday and had to quit because of darkness…read more(but they didn't start the job until 3PM). They were to come back on Thursday to finish but their truck broke down so we were told they would come back Tuesday morning. When we arrived home Monday afternoon, they were working on our house. We had no idea they were coming that day. I showed Harold a bougainvillea plant that was dying due to the bleach used and he said that if it didn't make it he would replace it. When they finished the job, it was after 5 pm and we had to leave for an appointment. The next day we looked around the house and found that they broke one of our hoses and put the other one on haphazardly. All of the bushes close to the house were burned by the bleach and I'm still not sure they are going to make it. 7 fire bushes are completely dead. I tested Harold 3 times and never received a response from him. I would not recommend them at all. They were sloppy (I spent almost 2 hours cleaning up my patio after they "power washed" it) and not at all dependable. PS...I just heard from Harold and he said he would replace 1 plant....."when he had a chance".

After their on time arrival (a rarity these days), Tony introduced himself, explained the process, answered my questions, and got right to work.
