Do not follow instructions. Come up with lame excuses. Do not return calls after asking three…read moreseparate times for a call back to tell me why all of these weeds were missed. I do not understand. They did come and spray again and yet still missed half of the weeds! They are to come back out again so my yard has had these weeds for now over a month. It is simple. Spray parameter ( curb , fence line, side walk edges, sides of house and fence line, driveway edges.) They say they cannot spray in some areas due to plants, vegetables and I appreciate that and do not hold that against them. In fact I appreciate the concern. But hey! No vegetables or plants at or around the edge of the street or in the middle of my yard. What is so hard? Spray the entire yard interior! Then don't get the edges??!! So, in my case there is no value in having my yard sprayed multiple times after an initial spray. This has happened more then once. Good luck if you use this company. Also they tell you something like that they used a masking device. Fantastic!! but when you can smell the product then guess what? The masking agent isn't quite working! I have gone outside from previous applications and could not detect any odor. But yet I am told "a masking agent was used"! I have used this company in the past. there were multiple call backs and they were glad to accommodate me. And I appreciated that. Even when they would tell me after a said "I don't want to mow to spread the weeds", they told me on the phone "It will not spread the weeds if you mow them" so scattering the seeds of a dandelion and foxtail weeds will not spread them!! ??? The people are nice but some of them are not knowledgeable! and saying "weeds will always grow along the edges of your property". No kidding so why isn't that addressed the first time or the second time and yes I have had them come out three times. Is this just me? I have been with them for at least 4 years I believe might be longer. If you do not want me as a customer just say so instead of Holding my yard responsible and taking it out on the landscape!:/ I just want it rectified. Honestly it should be done right the first time, it's great you offer to come out to take care of what was missed. but I shouldn't have to call multiple times to take care of something that should have already been taken care of. Even Yelp is saying below this box "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!" Yes it is Epic. An Epic failure!!
