She never had anything seriously wrong with her until she got her yearly Bordetella shot on August 30, 2024. She began experiencing a cough and after the cough, she had trouble catching her breath. Around 2:00 in the morning on Friday, September 6th, she collapsed in my arms. I gently shook her and breathed into her mouth. This seemed to revive her, but she was still having difficulty breathing. As soon as this clinic opened at 8 am, I called and insisted I bring Holly in. They said they didn't know what they could do for her since they weren't set up to give her oxygen, but they agreed to see her. They gave her an x-ray and said she had an enlarged heart and some inflammation in her lungs. We went home with an antibiotic that I was to give Holly twice a day for 14 days. They should have given her a shot of antibiotics there at the office. They should have given her a steroid shot to reduce the swelling of her lungs. But they did neither. As a result, my little Holly died 4 hours after we got home. I trusted this clinic. They said she might need oxygen, but did not indicate that it was urgent. If you don't want your dog to end up like mine. find another veterinary clinic. If I ever have another dog, I will NOT use this clinic.

Dumping trash and not paying for a service is theft of services and we aren't waste management! 2. Wash Werkz is the cleanest wash in town and best working facility. No one appreciates pulling into a filthy, muddy stall. If you leave a mess, please clean It up for the next person. I'm sure you wouldn't pull into a filthy stall if a clean one was available.
