I have bought three double beds at Horsham Bedding Centre and have in the past always found them to be excellent. However, in July 2021 I ordered another double bed similar to the one they had sold me previously and paid them £1,700 up front. In September 2021 they took away my 4'6'" double bed and instead of delivering me another 4'6" double bed, delivered a bed 6 inches narrower, i.e. only four foot wide. I am finding it impossible to buy sheets, quilts, and particularly a fitted electric blanket measuring four foot wide. I am stuck without a proper double bed. read more

Having tried the other bed shops in Horsham, I bought my new bed from Horsham Bedding Centre because Lynn provided truly excellent advice and friendly service both times I visited. Not only that, she offered to arrange for the new (heavy) mattress to be turned when necessary at no charge (I live alone and couldn't possibly turn it myself). Ordered a bed in store. Due to a change in circumstance I had to cancel my order. Even though the bed hadn't even been delivered they have still charged me £180 cancellation fee. Had I shopped online I would have been protected by the Distance Selling regulations and would have been able to cancel for free even 7 days after delivery. Be warned. No wonder the High Streets are in such decline. read more
