I had the most incredible experience shopping here just before Christmas.
Staff members Kay (Hoskins) and Terese (Goldsmith), simply went above and beyond all expected avenues for an outcome that was superb.
I haven't been treated so highly (as a customer) in many years and when I needed help at Goldsmith jewellers, Terese called Kay at Hosking's, who came across immediately to assist us both.
Nothing was an effort, they were both lively, respectful, helpful and utterly courteous in a lengthy purchase.
Truly these 2 ladies will have me coming back to both stores as my #1 jewellery store, due to their exceptional customer service.
Ladies, you both made my day and I went home smiling!
