There was a frig in the room and shutters on windows. Breakfast included. Nice fruit market next door and an atm as well. Small drawbacks were neighbors noise, bathroom door didn't close and bathtub drain was slow but there were signs they are improving things as they were painting. If we asked for anything the guru got it right away. Heartily recommend this one.

Stayed here two nights as we were considering it as one of the hotels for an upcoming wedding. I…read moreneeded to call maintenance several times. My hotel safe would not unlock and maintenance could hardly get it to open with their passcode either. Next night the toilet would not flush. When I needed to tell the hotel that the toilet would not flush is when I discovered the phones were not connected. When I went downstairs to tell the front desk that the toilet was not flushing, and the phones were not working there was a backup of seven people in line and one for receptionist working. They were severely understaffed, and there are too many maintenance issues with this hotel. Also, there's a sliding door that covers the bathroom and toilet and then it slides over and is the shower door. Very weird. The breakfast is massive and could provide anything anyone was interested in so that was A+. The food from the menus was excellent. The hotel is also very isolated away from everything other than walking across the street to a McDonald's. All in all we ended up not choosing this one of our guest hotels.

Tee staff is super…read morefriendly and as we travelled to another city after two nights and then came back five days later we could leave one of our suitcases there and didn't even have to pay for it. They also answered all out questions and even printed out time tables for the bus and tried to call the company. The rooms are super clean, towels are nice and fluffy and there is soap as well. The rooms have different sizes - first we stayed in a rather small one but after out return we got a really huge one which was awesome. The beds are extremely comfortable and the indirect lights are very nice as well. There is free wifi in all rooms! Breakfast buffet is 3,50€ per person with toast, buns, pain de chocolate, cornflakes, cheese, ham, butter, jam, yoghurt, water, juice and all kinds of coffee, tea and got chocolate. The hotel is really quiet, we didn't hear any neighbours and the windows close well. I would stay there again any time!

There is no cost to enter. The church hosted Pope John Paul II and there are several items of historical interest. If you are visiting Bom Jesus, this church is quite close and worth a look too. It's not as old as some of the other churches but it's grand scale is quite impressive.
