I want to say…read moreI am a local RN that works with post operative surgery and I see and deal with other pharmacies (mostly the bigger named ones) that straight up refuse to fill short term prescriptions for our patients. They say they do not have the medications then refuse to transfer e-filed scripts. After speaking to the pharmacists at English plaza about this situation they informed me that they would do whatever was necessary to make sure our patients got their meds they needed post op. I personally am required to use CVS mail order for meds, but choose to pay out of pocket to fill here instead. Dealing with them is like heaven compared to these chains that you can't even get to answer the phone.

While the girls who usually check you out are friendly, the fact that my prescriptions (which are…read moreescribed) are never filled makes me rethink this place. There is a reason that those are sent in. Fill them. Don't wait for me to come in (8 hours after the script is sent in) and say "Oh yeah. I see it. It shouldn't take but 15 minutes to fill it. Do you want to wait?" No. I don't. I've been at work all day. I stopped by on my way home, wrongly assuming that the pharmacy was doing its job filling scripts when they hit the inbox. My new scripts will go to a new pharmacy. This has happened 3 times too many.

It's frustrating to have to make multiple trips, spending more time and money, only to feel blamed for the errors. I hope the team can improve accuracy and more respectful, direct communication.
