this is supposed to be a hospital that people come with a insurance.
here in Brazil they have gov ran hospitals where ppl die every day waiting for a bed at the halls of the hospitals, they are super populated and under staffed.
this hospital felt a bit at the same level to me, not as over populated as a public hospital but still there isa struggle for beds and there is a struggle on the cleaning and hygiene of this place.
it worried me to see a doctor barefoot picking on his big toe inside the ER room, while patients are sleeping. it also bothered me to see the cardiac leads on my family member`s chest were placed wrong, amigos many other hygiene mistakes I saw such as opening syringes by the trash can rather than bed side and other things.
I thank god that they are taking care of my family member and they are polite most of the time, but I am ashamed to see that this place where ppl pay to belong to is not too far from a very shameful public system.
they should know better. read more
