A scandal and a disgrace ! In September 2014 my insurance company was charged 800 Euros a night for…read moremy 5 night stay for a very invasive back operation (total inclusive cost 15.000 Euros), and what does one get ? Disgusting food, sulky and lazy staff, dirty rooms, bathrooms not equipped for the handicapped and a surgeon whose only interest is to make as much money as possible. In spite of having his consulting rooms and operating theatres in the hospital he said the ill-equipped bathroom was none of his concern, nor was the inedible food,nor the appallingly low standard of nursing care. Just over 2 years later, I am faced either with a further operation to correct his bungling, (at a fee of 5000 Euros !!!), or a future in a wheel chair with at least my left leg paralysed because of nerve damage which he caused. AVOID this place and the "surgeon" AT ALL COSTS !!!
