Bought a spartan mower from them paid cash told sales guy I don't have a trailer he said never a problem to pickup and drop off for service (owner was there) now when needed they didn't return my wife's multi calls then when I got ahold of them it was the owner who quickly transferred me when he heard I wasn't happy then the sales guy who admitted he erases lots of calls he don't feel are important says it's 50 bucks to pickup and 50 bucks to drop it back off plus service unless I pay 500 bucks for service package now!!! Bought a new tractor and began to have a little trouble with the PTO. Since it was under warranty we took it to them. Less than an hour later they called to say the motor was blown up. The motor was fine when we dropped it off. They told us they wouldn't honor the warranty. We took it to another dealer over an hour away. They said someone must have held the throttle to the floor. They honored the warranty and are having to put in a new motor. The tractor was less than 6 months old. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. I was lied to repeatedly. I was sold a truck that I was told it was checked out thoroughly by their mechanics. I asked specifically about head gaskets and was told they were fine. I was also told someone else was on the way to buy the truck if I didn't so I figured a small dealership in a small town they would want to protect their reputation and take care of me if something went wrong, I was mistaken. I had the truck for 14 days head gaskets were blown and was informed by mechanic that somebody had already worked on it and if it was checked out like I was informed they would have known it. I called the owner of the dealership and he didn't care and admitted they didn't check the vehicle out and said that it was my responsibility to do that before I bought it. Needless to say they don't stand behind their advertising or their word. Places like this hurt decent businesses. Deception and fraud. Drove 9 hours pulling a trailer. Arrived to instantly see item was NOT as described. I specifically asked if there were "any dings, dents, scrapes or damage?" Hoss Durrett told me it was "brand new on the showroom floor " and required a $500. Deposit "to hold it for us" and the balance had to be paid in cash. "New" golf cart had paint chipped and peeling, scrapes, dents, wheels leaning at an odd angle (another dealer told us that "used carts will do that over time due to weight") and even a large tear in the seat. Obvious misleading and deception by the owner of this business. His ad for this golf cart also stated "newer batteries ". When we got there we were told they were the original batteries (this was the prior year model -2022- of an electric golf cart). When we requested our $500. deposit be returned due to his dishonest misrepresentation of this "new on the showroom floor " golf cart he denied our request and said "well it's new and it is on the showroom floor ". An employee called a week later and said they would mail us a check for only $100. We have not yet received any money. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES ... AVOID for your own protection. Fraud is fraud no matter who it is perpetrated against but we also happen to be senior citizens. So it appears he will take advantage of anyone. read more
