The pool is stunning but seems smaller than internet photos. I don't mind that it isn't heated. There are comfortable body-curving loungers in the pool to relax and cool down. I spent more time lying on those than the ones on the deck. There is a separate adult sundeck with jacuzzi, but there were no kids in the resort when we went. Surprisingly and unfortunately the indoor massage spa pool costs 18€ to use for an hour. E never saw anyone using it. Other hotels I've been to in Spain are complimentary. Rooms are pretty small for a luxury resort, but we appreciated the balcony which has chairs, a table and towel bars to dry swimsuits and other items. Breakfast is a grand buffet, perhaps one of the best on our trip. There is easy access via bus and ferry to downtown. The bus is cheaper but City Boat (which docks almost right outside the hotel waterfront) can't be beat for scenic water views, especially at dusk! The best 4€ spent in Ibiza.

The one thing I was concerned about as an American, was having a comfortable bed that was big enough to spread out. Hotel Torre Del Mar did not disappoint! If you can spare the extra 50 Euro, I recommend getting a water view. We didn't spend much time in the room, but our view wasn't that great. On check out day we had several hours to spare, so they held our luggage for us and let us use the locker rooms in the spa to change and take showers if we needed to after the pool.

As it is low season now, price was more than ok (30 per night an person). The room was great, very cleaned and there was great view over the plaza - penthouse feeling for cheap money! Staff was very different. We met great personal, very helpful and friendly but also lazy and unfriendly people. they should work on this and take only the best in there! food in the restaurant is very good an prices are more than ok! I came with a group of friends and we did individual rooms all-inclusive and wow was it worth it. I came with an agency called Tours Gone Wild and boy was it a good recommendation. We had several hotels to choose from but when they said all inclusive, I felt this was going to be a winner. We firs arrived to beautiful smiling ladies at the reception that, for the most part, are used to dealing with the drunken party crowd so they knew how to handle us. We paid 2 euros for our drink token and it was off to the bar for the best drinks we got the whole vacation (FREE) then we dipped into the ice cold pool for a swim with new friends and after we had some food. Now when I say food, this was some of the best food you can have without going broke on the vacation. And it was included. Let me say this wonderful food was included for their grand breakfast, mega lunch and elaborate dinner. Wi did not eat every day here because we had to go out and tour and try different places but I wouldn't mind dining there the whole time. The security there is also phenomenal because once we would get the crowd out of hand they were always there to help put everyone on the right path. One of them is a model on the side of the vending machines going up the lift ;) If I come back, I will definitely stay at least one night there. They are great

The common areas were okay for the amount of people staying at the hotel when we were there, but I think it would get very congested otherwise. The room was clean for the most part, as were the common areas. Wifi was free and fast enough to stream videos. The location was pretty good as well. It's a 10 min walk to the heart of town, and 10 min drive from the airport. There are a couple of restaurants across the street and countless within walking distance. We didn't upgrade to all inclusive as we didn't plan on being at the hotel that much, but bar service was still good and very reasonably priced for Ibiza. Great budget place, especially for party minded student travellers. Wouldn't recommend for families as it seemed to promote a party atmosphere.

All of their boats are in tip-top shape, but I have to admit I've developed a special connection with Mr. Binguel & Mr. Jones - there's something about those two that has captured my affection. All of their captains are extremely friendly, knowledgable, entertaining and know how to provide A+ service! They know the islands like the back of their hands and will always take you to the best beaches and find the perfect spots to drop anchor. There's no better feeling in the world than the one you get while relaxing on your private floating paradise over turquoise water while listening to the wind and knowing you're the perfect distance away from the on shore beach chaos & crowds. Charteralia also offers speed boat service to Formentera, another sliver of paradise, which I've used for a day trip. Regardless what boat (cat, sail, speed...), itinerary (day trip, week charter, sunset cruise...there's something for everyone!) or island you decide to explore, Charteralia will surely give you the experience of a lifetime! I'm already counting down the days to my next trip (223 to be exact...sigh) - I've not only found my perfect summer destination, but also friends & fun guides I plan to keep forever! Pros: -Their customer service : I contacted Jose via email to inquire and although the website had all the information I needed, he kindly answered everything (25+ emails). -Their Catamaran: I originally opted for the sail boat since it was only for a group of 4 adults but I wanted to surprise my friends and wife with an upgrade, so I decided to reserve the catamaran. Although the catamaran costs more, it is WORTH IT! It was nothing but smooth sailing. -Trust- Have faith because the entire process leading up to the trip is all about having PLENTY of it. It was pouring so we had to wait and see if the rain was going to let up. While waiting, Jose bought us a couple rounds of drinks and some food to hold us up. While waiting, he did not pressure us about staying and told us that he would refund the money if we wanted to leave, not just the partial amount, but the entire amount! We're so happy we waited out the rain because the catamaran ride was the best part of our trip. It was the most relaxing, fun time we had on our vacation. We even saw dolphins out in the bay! Supposedly that's lucky and not the norm. The sunset was the most beautiful thing we've seen. Not only that, he discounted part of the excursion because we did lose some time and offered to keep us out there longer because we had faith. They were professional, friendly, nice, and attentive to our needs. While out on the waters, one of my friends got stung by a jellyfish. Jose took care of it right away and treated it for her. All in all, it was an amazing experience and we will be back next time. Thank you so much for an amazing experience! My wife did not want to leave the catamaran.

The manager explained that although the AC wasn't "cooling to my liking" it still functioned. I would stay away from this spot, definitely not worth the money.
