The truck is ran by a really sweet young lady whose family is from Peru (hence the name)! She incorporates the Peruvian flavors into her dishes and they are dynamite. The shrimp ceviche had a good balance of the sour, salty, savory flavor and we loved the fried yams that it came with! They're almost like a sweet potato wedge, but has the texture of a yam. And when it's deep fried, it is so good! Be careful with the spicy sauce on the side if you can't handle heat, because it's pretty spicy! I also had my first churro here and I loved it!
