Love this Hair Salon they are friendly, they listen to how you want to style or cut your hair, they give advice and tips on how to do your hair. I found them about a year ago. THIS SALON RUINED MY HAIR AND GAVE ME A DEATH THREAT!! If I could, I would not give this place ANY stars AT ALL!! I went from hair down to my butt, to hair about a half inch to 1 inch on longest parts. ..Long dark curly hair.. Now I have no hair and the colors are horribly splotchy. I've got 5 different colors in my hair when I just wanted one simple uniform color. I wanted a specific cut that I spoke with the stylist about for THREE DAYS and she assured me she could do it. After she was done it looked nothing like the cut I wanted AT ALL and they wouldn't listen to me as they were cutting it. I say "they", because she had to get another stylist to come tell her how to do it several times and was getting looks from other stylists like "what are you doing?!". By that time she had already started hacking my hair off and there wasn't much I could do. And I tried to tell her she was doing the color (bleach) backwards (virgin roots first, then previously colored hair ...no, not how it's done) and she just got mad at me. She also told me beforehand that she would not use bleach because I stressed that I didn't want to damage my hair anymore than it was. I asked her BEFORE she applied it if it was bleach (even though I knew it was, just trying to remind her politely that she assured me she would not use it), she said yes and I reminded her directly that she said she wouldn't use it. She told me she knew what she was doing and not to worry about it! I was so infuriated after it was done and wanted to get the HELL out of there, out of habit and such a furious rush I paid the woman (120 friggin bucks!) and took off. I went home and cooled off and TRIED so hard to work with it and give it a chance, there was NO hope. It was SO inconsistent in cut and color, a five year old could've done better (I'm not exaggerating). When I called and very politely asked for a recut or my money back, I was cussed, called names, told I would NOT get a recut, and hung up on. I tried to call back several times and the same reaction. Later on I tried to reach them on social network, I was polite, actually VERY polite throughout all of this believe it or not, since they were completely unprofessional, insulting, rude, and unwilling to accept that I deserved a refund because they completely massacred my head and I will have to wear a hat until I get it fixed or it grows out (seriously, as serious as you can get), and I was met with a DEATH THREAT when I said I was going to report them (I have PROOF in the message sent to me from her.) I also learned that the girl that RUINED my hair didn't have her license. It was her mother's salon. ..Do the math... I had to go get a PITY hair cut from another salon because I could not afford another cut. The stylist that tried really hard to fix it was appalled and completely disgusted that they would do that and act that way. She said there wasn't much she could do with it but even out the cut. Parts of the cut were SO short I pretty much have a shaved head now. Not due to the second stylist, but due to the first one that butchered my hair so badly, that was the only way the second stylist could even it out. It will take me WEEKS if not over a MONTH to correct JUST the color and months to grow my hair out to at least an "acceptable" length, but YEARS to grow it back to my original length. I have cried so much because of this. Hell, people that knew how my hair was before have cried for me! I know hair will grow back, but this is ALL completely unacceptable. I can't leave my house without covering my hair because I am so embarrassed. Since her mother owns the salon, I cannot go to the head office or anyone above her in status. ..Also, I don't know if this is legal but they kept the long part of my hair they cut off for "other styles to do" whatever that means. Please, PLEASE, DO NOT go to this salon unless you want to be treated like dirt and have your hair RUINED. read more

This salon is a Christian owned and Christian run salon. You will never hear profanity, anyone being put down, nor disrespected. ALL of our stylist are licensed as a requirement of the State Board of Cosmetology and ALL stylist licenses are posted on a board on the wall in the salon. We will not continue to receive slander and harassment of this particular client and her friends. The Sheriff's department was contacted and they have a report of all calls of harassment as well as all of the public reviews this client has made spreading false and malicious lies about our salon and our employees. What you do forget is that there were other witnesses to your harassment as well as documented proof. You were worked on for 6 hours and got what you wanted against the professional opinion of two cosmetologist. They tried for hours to make you happy everytime you changed your mind. You called 4 days after your appointment to let us know that you didn't not like what you make the stylist do to you. Let's not forget that you were not unhappy when you left since you tipped the stylist $35. I wouldn't call that being unhappy with your hair nor the service you received. Once again spreading false and malicious lies about our salon is slander and form of harassment. We will take further steps against this if need be. read more
