When I went in to pick up the order it wasn't exactly correct and rather than reprinting the entire order I just asked for 10% off for inconvenience I was told I couldn't get one because I was already given a discount because of the bulk discount I had already received. With that I said, please don't reprint, let's just hole punch or staple whichever is easiest for you, I was told hole punch would be easiest because they had a drill. OK let's do that, that was even ruined. This was a one time experience which I'm still not happy with however I would return. I would always recommend a sample print prior to a big print request.

They couldn't professionally print my name without recreating the badge. She got the logo, my name, and the QR code on the back perfect. She also used the logo to create my business cards. UPS said it should be there by the end of day Tuesday. It's now Thursday and the letter is still in transit. I went back to the UPS store to try and get a partial refund, but they said I would have to go thru USPS. I went to the USPS branch and they said that UPS should not be selling the 1-day USPS Priority Express option, USPS could not do anything because I did not pay them. Went back to the UPS store for a second time and was told sorry can't do anything again. Called UPS corporate and was told sorry can't do anything, it's a franchise issue. Complete runaround scam.
