Worst customer service ever! My husband went in and a man and a woman were working there. The only one to acknowledge him was the dog jumping on him. He waited for one of them to help him, but neither ever looked his way. The woman was only a few feet away. He will never return. They deserve a 0 rating. read more

If your wanting to buy something off the shelf at the Tyler TX location then great. If your wanting to order a firearm from these people then DONT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE GT DISTRIBUTORS OR CABELLAS. They are quick to take your money and will then screw you with the order. I ordered a 1,500.00 remington 700 and put 1,000.00 down on it and had them order it for me. 3 to 5 business days is what they told me. Now it's been a month and every time I call they "don't know" where my rifle is. I'm about to go get my money back. Maybe it's the company they ordered it from's fault or maybe it's their fault. All I know is I have never had this much trouble when I've ordered guns from other places. Only this place. I would give 0 stars if I could but I put 1 and that's pushing it. read more
