I show up for my appointment at the scheduled time and no one was there…read more First, I could not get into the office building. It was completely locked. I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.

Originally, I heard about this studio through a Groupon purchase I made. I liked it so much that I bought an additional class pass. I almost always come to the Sunday morning class (heated) and have had two different instructors. Both excellent, both challenging. The things I like best is that they offer variations of poses so that you can still enjoy your practice at your own level.
