I didn't have to look for the largest size in the entire store to maybe squeeze myself into an unflattering cut. 2. The racks are arranged neatly and the clearance section is well kept. So I wasn't brushing dirt off of everything I tried on. And if I liked a style I just went down the rack to find my size. 3. Nobody was hovering. There wasn't a crazed store associate looking like she would rip her own kidney out and sell it if only I promised to buy one outfit. (It's happened) 4. Well, that seemed weird to me but ok, I followed her to the dressing room. As she opened door for me, she said, "don't rip the tags off please." This was really weird and definitely not good customer service. I but the merchandise back and made no purchase. I told who I thought was the manager that I'm 65 years old and I don't have to be told not to rip the tags off. The young lady who told me this told me again about the tags and people takes them off. Customer service is definitely not shown to potential customers. I will never shop there again.
