It's usually not that loud and it's a great place to purchase presents. They have lots of great stuff that I like, such as anime stuff, candy, etc. I do say, I'm not very sure that it's the best place to by stuff such as headphones, last time I purchased some they were way too staticky. We literally needed 1 yard of fabric. Josh was busy helping another customer but took time to greet us. He saw what I chose and made a recommendation for me. He nailed it! He was very knowledgeable about his area and what had just arrived. He also knew the rest of the store when we inquired about a couple of other items.
