In fact, they will return, package, and ship the items back. You will have to take your item to the customer service desk in the back right of the store. Amazon sends you an email when you process your return and you have the option to print the information or have the Kohl's employee scan a barcode from your phone. I hadn't been in Kohl's in a while and store was organized beautifully and the employees were friendly and helpful. So, Kohl's will definitely benefit from the extra foot traffic. When the return transaction was complete. The employee gave me a Kohl's coupon for 25% off that expires within 7 days. Since I had to walk through the store to leave, I was tempted to purchase something. That's a good partnership.

It was dirty in the dressing room. Overall I would not recommend. They need to make their pricing and sale terms more clear for shoppers - if something was UNDER I may have been interested in a few items but how would I know the true cost without scanning everything to be certain? And the associate said it had "under" on the sign because if someone got something and it rang up less that the customer wouldn't be mad. That doesn't even make sense.
