Tony from AZ Appliance called and offered to deliver and install the original triple oven after it was repaired, this coming Monday, and until an actual new triple oven arrives from Thermador. This is the type of interim solution that is expected of quality companies, I just wish a negative review did not have to be written to spur this on. Thanks again Tony, Cheyne and Jessica.
