An easy 5 minute walk down to the lift. Hotel Space is very well thought out and efficiently designed. The neutral oak tones gives it a very calming vibe. There is a mudroom off to the side to hang skis and snowboards as well as boot warmer. Rooms Very well designed and super efficient use of space. Plenty of nooks for storage space and closets have sufficient hangers. Beds were super comfortable with a very warm comforter. Our room had a gorgeous view of the mountain and nice sized balcony. Bathrooms Showers were great with excellent water pressure and hot water. Love that European hotels have the towel warmer racks. Why can't they have that in the states?! We returned to a super clean room everyday. Kudos to the staff for doing an amazing job. Spa We made use of this EVERYDAY after a long day on the slopes. We hit the heated pool, the sauna and the steam room religiously everyday as soon as we came back. Sauna was super hot which we loved. Infrared steamroom was hot and steamy. It was busy during the times we went because other folks were coming back from skiing as well but everyone was respectful and made room in the sauna and steam rooms. Love love loved the fact that there was a spa. Breakfast They deserve kudos for making this available from 7:30-noon. Some people want the sleep in and not have to rush to get up to make breakfast and thus was great. Not that I had the luxury to enjoy brekkie that late though bc my ski squad would never allow that to happen. But we partied one night and didn't make it to brekkie til 10:30 the next morning and this was great bc we didn't have to scramble. Selection is great. Good selection of meats and cheese, breads, cereals, jams, spreads. They also offer eggs made to order. I had two eggs sunny side up every morning with mushrooms and tomatoes. They also offered pancakes at brekkie which were good! Tea and coffee were plentiful. Dinner Excellent well curated meals back at the hotel every evening featuring four courses. We definitely looked forward to dinner every night. The menu changed every evening. We sampled a lot of local Austrian classics like wiener schnitzel and lamb dn fish. All were super fresh and well executed. Desserts were lovely without being overwhelmingly sweet. Cheese was on point. The wine offerings were great as well. Bar They have a cute bar that we frequented after dinner for digestifs and cocktails before going out. Staff Service was stellar.

While this place was only slightly cheaper, it turned out to be a great deal. The shuttle service stopped right in front and the ski room is in the basement, which saved a lot of trouble. The staff was very friendly and even though our room was on the street side, it was a great room. Loved the shower and the amenities. The restaurant was convenient and enjoyed the pizza here. I was surprised on the assigned tables for breakfast and the tea hour had some great food. The sauna was great and my buddy relaxed out there for a while. If you want to hang out in Ischgl, we went on the shuttle, but had to take a cab back, which was 25 Euros. Felt that was a little steep, but can't complain considering all that we got out of this place. If you like motorcycles, you'll love the displays they have throughout the hotel. Kappl ski is right next door, which we skiied the next day for a few hours. It's totally worth it. I was pleasantly surprised and felt this would be a good mountain to bring my family and beginner skiiers.

I traveled with 23 of my closest friends and family, coming from all over--Alaska, London, Texas, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Georgia--and we all agreed that this experience was EPIC. First, the location is unbeatable. Arlen Lodge is a true ski-in, ski-out property, which made hitting the slopes and returning after a long day incredibly convenient. For a group as large as ours, having everything so accessible was a game-changer. It allowed everyone--whether they were seasoned skiers or non-skiers--to feel connected and included in the experience. The convenience of the location was a layer of ease to an already perfect stay. The rooms were immaculate, SO CLEAN, spacious, and cozy. The beds were super comfortable, and the storage space was more than enough for all our gear. I only wish I found more time to take in the breathtaking views of the mountains from our balcony. What truly set Arlen Lodge apart, though, was the hospitality. Annalisa, the owner, went above and beyond for us. She took the time to review my entire trip agenda beforehand, offering advice to make sure everything--from our ski routes to our lunch spots--was perfectly coordinated. Throughout the trip, she was always a step ahead, checking in to help with taxis, transfers, and any last-minute needs. The amenities were fantastic, too. The rest of the staff is also great, the room was spacious, and the amenities were terrific. The location was very convenient on the main street and less than 100 meters from 2 different gondolas. This place is great for families or for a kid-free getaway.
