The worst hotel experience ever in Germany! Stay away from this hotel. Extremely disappointing…read moreexperience. I booked a room for three people, but when I arrived, there was only one bed -- absolutely not suitable for three guests. This is clear false advertising. There were no hotel staff at the reception, only a security guard who didn't know what to do. I couldn't contact any manager or get any assistance. Even though I canceled the booking within 30 minutes, the hotel charged the full amount and refused to issue a refund. The hotel manager was very arrogant and rude -- I have never experienced anything like this before. Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in Germany. I strongly believe this property should not be listed on Booking.com until they correct their misleading descriptions and improve their customer service.
