Air condition is fine, but taking the card from the slot that allows power in the room leaves the room fairly warm while you are gone. This is normal in energy saving hotels. The restaurant provides a good selection, and all of it was done fairly well. I noticed a clean kitchen - as well as attention to the breakfast room. Eggs made to order supplant the usual European sweets for breakfast. The staff is helpful, generally. I was in the lobby in the evening after a hot day, and saw during cocktail hour a table set up for hospitality. No sign. I approached for a simple glass of water, not bottled, just a glass. I was turned away. The host of the group (Architects) quickly solved the faux pas. Parking is safe, though the many guests jockey for spaces early. I recommend the facility for business travel. I did not have a chance to see if they have a business center, but they do have a spa which is nice. Overall, good place, attentive staff, and close enough to beaches and lovely (romantic) mountain rides west.

The place looks nice on…read morethe pictures but here are a few things that made them leave early - service is awful: staff does not speak good English and very rude. My family was asked to pay for days they did not stay and the staff was literally harassing them - food is a disgusting: while the restaurant looks nice, the food selection and cooking is inferior. My family said they liked fish and the staff said the fish is delicious. But it turns out they cooked no fish for the 3 days they were there. - location is a tad far. While it's only a block away from the beach, the walk to the beach feels long and a bit disconnected from the overall experience. Overall, bad stay. Hotel Principe ruined Rimini for me and my family. Simple to say, we are not going back.
