We had a great stay at Casa 1800 Granada. It's so charming and peaceful. The building has been superbly restored retaining the historic elements and providing a fully modern experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. You'll have everything you need for a perfect stay. Breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. The kind lady that oversees breakfast always has a smile. The afternoon tea time is lovely and a good reason to return to enjoy the hotel. A couple of nights we chose to have a light dinner in the dining area/lobby. Valerie took such good care of us both nights. He is a joy! Some helpful hints. Casa 1800 is not a cookie cutter layout. Read the details of each room, especially if you have mobility issues. Not all rooms on the upper floors are accessible by elevator and sizes vary. We've stayed at both Casa 1800 locations, and have been so very happy at both. Just spectacular. read more
Great location--we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to easily. Hotel room 19 (jr suite) was very comfortable. The bed was fantastic, plenty of light, the AC worked well, and the water pressure was good. My favourite part about this hotel had to be the free bottled water... just take that into consideration when looking at prices because it adds up. One night during our stay the WiFi went down; I was told it'd be right back up but it wasn't until the next morning. Otherwise, I really have no complaints and would highly recommend Hotel Casa 1800. Taxis can't drive up to the hotel doors due to the location but it's really not a big deal since they'll stop about 150 ft from the front door. With that said, they also do not have on-site parking and I would not have stayed here if I had a rental car to deal with. read more

Fantastic location and wonderful service! The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station and I left my phone in the taxi. The driver found the phone and contacted the hotel. They got the phone and sent it overnight to our next hotel. What a relief! read more

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of Granada. The staff is incredible - all are very sweet and accommodating. They helped book restaurant reservations when we got in and shared tips on places to check out during our short stay. They offer a lot of great complimentary perks. They provide juices, pastries, fruits etc during tea-time. Coffee and tea is always available, although less milk/cream options when not tea-time or breakfast. They have a fridge constantly stocked with sodas, mineral water, and sparkling water. My friend and I didn't go for the breakfast package as we aren't big breakfast people, but when we came down and saw it one morning we had to go for it. Great selection of delicious food. We had to pay more since we didn't buy it as a room package, so definitely go for it when you have the chance! Rooms are very clean and beautiful - so much character for a hotel! And their outdoor eating area (that has a cover go up in the event of rain) is so relaxing. The comfortable seating, noise ambiance from the fountain, fresh air, and beautiful decor makes it so easy to kickback and enjoy some downtime in-between sight seeing. Awesome experience from beginning to end - I can't think of one bad thing to say. Will recommend to all my friends, and if I ever return to Granada, I will most definitely book with Casa 1800 again. read more

The accommodations were fine but the hospitality was poor. The internet was down for an entire day. This hotel is NOT low end and charges you for every extra. But when I couldn't do any work - or even acknowledge appointments, they offered nothing - even a free breakfast would have made me feel better. But nothing- not even a small king apology!! Very poor treatment for an expensive place. I would go elsewhere! read more

Beautiful mansion converted to a hotel. Well appointed spacious room and friendly/helpful staff. The rooms are a steal, but the breakfast is a bit overpriced (but a good spread). Rooms had everything from bath robes, flip flops, his & hers sink/mirror, shaving kit, kettle etc. Amazing value. In Toronto, we might have paid at least twice as much if not more. Relatively short walk to Alhambra. If you are in Granada, be sure to visit the local mosque, beautiful and also has an amazing view of Alhambra from the hills. read more
We loved our stay here. We had booked a partial Alhambra view (it was truly partial) but it was great to see it lit up at night from our partial view. I'm not sure if that came with a room upgrade but our room was great. The bed was HUGE , bathroom was great (it had one of those half doors that gets a lot of the bathroom wet), and a little sitting area. There are some free waters and tea (with snacks) every afternoon. It was so great to sit in the lobby and have some wine and snacks each day. We did not get the breakfast because it seemed overpriced and since we had snacked on some the offerings for free the day before, we didn't feel like it was so delicious we wanted to spend money on. I liked this place so much, I tried to book the same chain in Seville for the next night when our airbnb fell through. I would 100% stay again and would highly recommend this hotel. They will hold your bags at both ends of your stay. read more

Hotel Casa 1800 is a charming hotel with lots of character & ambience. Our service has been wonderful and the daily breakfasts and afternoon treats were superb. The wifi network is the only reason I don't give 5 stars read more

Hidden away but still in the heart of the city!! This is a gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Traditional Spanish design and a great view from the second floor of the Allhambra. read more
