Beautiful converted convent located in the heart of Oaxaca. This place is really cute with high vaulted ceilings and classic charm. Built in the Nineteenth Century as a convent, the hotel is very simple and modern, yet architecturally historically classic. We stayed on a upper floor overlooking the courtyard where they serve breakfast. Walking around that courtyard, you'll overlook the pool which is small but very nice and romantic. My guy and I came back from a trip to Monte Alban (Oaxacan ancient ruins) and all we wanted was a dip in the pool. It started raining and it was one of the most romantic moments of our trip. High ceilings, ample space and beautifully decorated rooms. The rooms also have air conditioning which is a huge plus this time of year. All the rooms have coffee makers too. Fabulous!!! read more
