At about 7 pm when we went down to dinner. We enjoyed a full buffet with drinks. It was probably the best buffet we've ever been too. We watched the sun go down on the outdoor patio. After dinner, we took a walk around the property. A jazz band was playing outside, but we decided to head back to the room and call it a night. The following day, we took an short Uber ride to the marina for a boat ride. It was a nice 2 hour cruise along the coastline of Antalya. We stopped and got pictures near a beautiful waterfall dropping into the ocean. Afterwords, we dropped anchor and spent about 30 minutes swimming off the back of the boat. When we got back to the hotel after lunch, we headed down to the pool. We had couple glasses of wine there and then walked down to the oceanfront where they have reclining chairs and a nice bar. We got a couple chairs and ordered some drinks. The service was friendly and quick. They have a nice pool ladder that dips into the ocean off the deck. We took a couple dips. The water was refreshing and not too cold. The hotel bathroom and shower were nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We also had a small deck with a couple chairs and a small table that looked out over the front of the hotel. This is a nice place to spend a few tourist dollars!

The wide variety of food was really nice (although very salty), and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the convenience of the game room. The facilities were also very pleasant, modern, and clean. I also found the WhatsApp concierge/assistance service to be extremely convenient. Ferdi was always so responsive to my questions, and it made our stay a lot more seamless. Our one complaint was that our first room (1217) seemed to have a somewhat foul stench in it--almost like rotten cheese or gym shoes. Luckily, they happily moved us to another room the next day, but we noticed a slight stench in that room's closet too, although not as strong. The room layouts are a bit odd, where the shower is directly adjacent to the main room area, so there's no way to change after your shower without entering the main room area. This would pose a challenge if you're trying to maintain some privacy after showering. It would be much more practical for there to be a "dry" area outside the shower but still within an enclosed bathroom where you could change. Aside from some nit-picks about the room though, we really enjoyed our stay.

The mini bar inside of your room is always refilled everyday!! I like the fact that the lounge area where the bars are they always serve you chips and peanuts and drink. You're truly spoiled when you're there! The spa is amazing! The inside pool is small but the sauna and Turkish bath was awesome!!!! Everyone has to experience a Turkish bath at least once in their lifetime! Table tennis is around every corner. If you want to play any kind of sport you just go to the animation desk and ask them for it. The animation team is fun and friendly! I like the fact that they remember your name! They are such friendly people. Here is a word of advice I strongly hope you take into consideration! Please do not pay 80-90 euros for the cab drivers to take you to old Antalya! That is a god damn rip off. YOU CAN RENT A CAR FOR 20 EUROS FOR THE WHOLE DAY!! The car rental has a gsp on it so it will take you a where your heart desires! Having the cab driver take you there for 80-90 bucks is a fucken rip off and they know it! They only stay there 4 hours and it takes about an 45 min to an 1 hour to get there! Don't do it! Rent the car and explore on your own! The city is completely safe! Your only DANGER IS OVER PAYING!!! Back to the resort. In the spa area there is a small gym connected to the spa and inside pool. Equipment is clean and new. The elliptical is the only out of date thing in there. The most fantastic thing about this resort is they have an app you can download! It tells you what time events are happening! It tells you what time the main restaurants are open and it even reminds you of fun things such as yoga outside and where you can grab some delicious ice cream during brunch! Around non there by the beach they serve Turkish pancakes! They are filled with potatoes or cheese. For the sweet tooth in is some pancakes even have cinnamon and butter!! Yum!!!! There are a ton of resorts to pick from in Belek but I would return to this hotel in a heart beat for the type of service I am receiving! They hv safety box, iron, electric kettle, tea nags, mini fridge. What makes me feel special about this hotel is that they provide one time feminine product, pads. An A++ Family Vacation at Delphin Imperial Resort, Antalya…read more My family and I visited Delphin Imperial Resort in Lara, Antalya, Türkiye for the first time. To be honest, I knew it was going to be a good holiday, but I did not expect it to be this good! From beginning to end, we had an incredible experience. Facilities & Rooms Everything from A to Z was clean, well-maintained, and updated. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping ladies were absolutely wonderful and always so friendly. At one point, I even had to tell them, "Please stop making the geese and peacocks!" They were taking such good care of everything. The minibar was also replenished every day, which was a nice touch. Pool & Beach The pool and beach areas were always clean and tidy. Throughout the day, team members would come around with complimentary treats and check on us to make sure we were having a great time. That level of attention really made us feel taken care of. The Mediterranean Sea was beautiful -- a little salty, of course! -- but the water was clean and full of cute little fish. The pool temperature was perfect, and the pool itself was always clean. Food We made reservations at a couple of the à la carte restaurants, but honestly, don't overlook the main dining restaurant! There were so many choices every day that it was almost impossible not to find something you loved. The variety was incredible. ‍ Spa & Hair Salon We tried the massage service and the Turkish kese, and both were amazing. We truly enjoyed the experience. My daughter also got her hair cut at the resort, and compliments to the hairdresser -- he was fantastic and did an awesome job! The Staff One of the things that impressed me the most was the staff. Almost everyone we spoke with had been working at the resort for more than five years, while only a few had been there for less than a year. To me, that says a lot about how well the employees are treated and how much they enjoy what they do. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. One Important Tip! Book the dock cabanas for at least one or two days! This was honestly one of the best parts of our entire vacation. Spending time in the cabana by the water was an incredible experience and something I would definitely recommend. Overall This was an A++ vacation for our family. Delphin Imperial exceeded our expectations in so many ways -- beautiful facilities, great food, amazing service, and most importantly, wonderful people. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would highly recommend Delphin Imperial Resort to families and anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable holiday in Antalya. From 21-31 May…read more Firstly we emailed them 3 times explaining it's our wedding anniversary pls prepare something special for us, but got No response from the Customer relations team. Even thou the email sent requested that I would pay for any services. What a waste of emails!! Secondly we had a guest arrive from another hotel but was greeted with such a bad attitude from the front security staff, and In the end waited nearly 20 mins and was asked by the rude male security for her passport, who in the right frame of mind carry's there passport with them. Please have some compassion and kindness to arriving guests as the rudeness & nastiness is not hospitality at all, and train there staff in manners and kindness as it doesn't cost anything to be nice. Thirdly we was outside having lunch and I requested the staff for a Non alcoholic rainbow drink and non alcoholic mojito but to my shock they bring a alcoholic mojito. My husband had a taste but to his shock alcohol was present. This is not acceptable and breaks all our rules. This hotel needs to look at there present policy's and train there staff in knowing what they are serving to there guest. And to top this up we get room service come to our room to drop a bottle of alcohol to us, .... What kind of service and manners does the management have knowing we are non drinking they bring a big bottle of alcohol to our room. In the service from this hotel is unacceptable and disappointing for my family and I will be telling all my friends, well wishers and family about all these incidents & never to book this hotel as it fails in a lot of instances.
