It's just 2 blocks away from the South entrance - which you should use because it's closer and safer. Most the homeless drug addicts seem to congregate in the street in front of the main entrance. We had a superior best view room with a superb view of the Frankfurt skyline. The room was small, basic and the fittings were a little dated. The bathroom was small but functional and we loved the rainshower. We arrived very early and we were very happy that the reception staff allowed us to check into our room straight away. The area around the hotel seems really safe, but if you want to eat or shop nearby you have to head towards the dodgy Hauptbahnhof. The bed was super comfortable so this is a good value option for a short stay near the Hauptbahnhof!

Great hotel and breakfast here. Just checked out to get to the airport. Room is clean and the…read moreview is fantastic. We were on 18th floor so we got lucky! Breakfast buffet is 24 euro each but well worth it. Talk about variety!!! The location is really good. Close to the central station but the hotel is in a good neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to the station. Just know Frankfurt is a big city and the scene could be different depending on which street you are on. You just need to use common sense and you'll be just fine!!!

They have all the warm items one could ask for, bacon, sausages, scrambled and fried eggs, tater tots, baked beans and grilled vegetables which were very delicious. They also have waffles and french toast. The breakfast area is also very pretty and even has nice outdoor seating in the inner courtyard. Very nice to have in the city. The location of the hotel isn't the best as it is right next to a very bad neighborhood. But at least that means it is close to the central rail station. They do have double secured parking due to that which is 25€ per night. Even when you arrive early to explore the city bevor check-in. We also had dinner at the restaurant. The quality was good and the price not too high.

I travel extensively, and this Hilton Garden Inn hotel and restaurant ranks in the top 10% or…read morebetter. It is a completely new level when compared to Hilton Garden Inn's in the US. There is a top shelf onsite restaurant and room service (see menu pictures). The staff is wonderful as well, and everyone spoke English as well as German. The rooms are quite nice, and include a refrigerator and safe. Next to the front desk, there is a Pantry with snacks, etc for purchase and an ice machine and microwave, which is nice for leftover takeaway. The decor and amenities are easily on par with a full service Hilton. The location is close to shops and attractions. I booked a Viator Rhine river day tour and the pick up points was less than a 10 minute walk away. I was most impressed with my dinner at the Garden Grille restaurant. I typically will search out a non-hotel restaurant for dinner. However, after looking at the menu (see pictures), I chose to dine in. I ordered the mixed fish grill. It had tuna, salmon, shrimp, mixed grill vegetables, and assorted breads and olives. Everything.was perfect. This will now be my go-to hotel in Frankfurt.
