I appreciated the hospitality throughout the stay from messages before check-in and ease of check-in to having my luggage held as I explored the city a bit more between check out and my flight. Booking and check in were easy, and my room was fantastic. The space was just what I needed as a solo traveler with a quiet room, nice views, sense of safety, clean space, plenty of high quality amenities and products (toiletries, coffee/tea and an in-room machine, etc), thoughtful storage built in, and a comfortable bed. It was VERY convenient to everything I wanted to access, whether walking distance to sites and shopping on my list or very easily walkable distance to public transit for further attractions and the airport. I did not add the breakfast option as I wanted to explore different local places each day, but it did look lovely and the space where breakfast was held was inviting. Having the rooftop bar to watch the sunset was a fantastic bonus! I can't say enough how much I appreciated my stay at Klaus K and would highly recommend for any future travelers. The rooms are very spacious, meticulously kept and quiet for a restful night sleep. The people that work here from the front desk to the restaurant could not be more helpful. It is a bit pricey but well worth the money that you'll spend. We took advantage of the restaurant for a delicious buffet type breakfast to start the day but if you want something lighter many cafe's close by. Also used the exercise facility which is associated with a spa on the 8th floor that had everything I needed. This is a wonderful hotel & would recommend it!

I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time and and was accommodated with my Marriott Gold Status. After completing some documentation I was provided my keycard and was given a guided tour to my room. The room was in nice condition and had a work desk which I needed. I turned on the thermostat as it was warm upon arrival. I attempted to set my room temperature to 18C but it would only allow me to set at 19C minimum. I went out to see the town for a few hours and came back and the room was still quite warm. I notified the staff and the offered to move me to a cooler room which I accepted. The second room was nice as well but was much cooler. The hotel is conveniently located in the Helsinki City Center and many destinations are walkable. This hotel has two places to eat, a bakery and a breakfast restaurant (buffet-style). I didn't attempt to eat here outside of breakfast as several restaurants are also located within walking distance. I can't say enough how polite and pleasant the staff is here. Four stars!

Woodwork for the Headboard and on the ceiling made for a different and unique look. Outlets were plenty with USB ports. Breakfast was available for 14 Euros and they have a restaurant (Bistro Vilholn) attached. Had dinner one of the evenings and would recommend. Sauna (separated for M/F) was a good size although the Gym was a small one. There is the option to go to a much larger Fitness Center close by. Taxis arrived minutes after being called. I saw a Piano in the back seating area and lounge. Would highly recommend for Staff that provided exceptional service, location, restaurant and amenities.

There's a luggage room that we places our suitcases in and then hit the town. Location is another pro- connected to Kamppi you have a tone of options for food, shopping and entertainment. Once we were back and checking in they had upgraded us to a larger room- love that. The hotel room was nice, but the beds and the pillows were uncomfortable. We also found the room to be rather hot despite having the temp as low as it could go. We only spent one night here and honestly it was pretty meh. Breakfast is about $26EUR per person.

The 7th floor is executive level and they have an executive lounge but like most Hilton's the lounge id not what they were before the pandemic and are operating at a much lower standard. Food is mediocre and the lounge isn't staffed so I recommend eating breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and not the lounge if you are a member status and have the free breakfast option. The buffet downstairs is excellent. The 8th floor has a nice indoor pool, gym and sauna's. Make sure you reserve a private sauna when you check in or you can join the mens or women's community sauna. Sauna's are part of the Finnish culture so be sure to experience it. The staff are very knowledgeable and will give directions and recommendations for restaurants as well as call you a taxi from one of the companies with the best rates. If you are taking a taxi from somewhere else to this Hilton note that there are two Hilton properties and the drivers call this one the Hilton by the seaside since it's on the water. Definitely recommend this place. The rooms were spacious and clean and it was a great experience staying there.

As I entered the hotel I noticed the dirty outside facade and tattered Hilton flag. We were given a low floor with no upgrades available. The elevator door buttons were sticky and gross, the floor appeared to not be vacuumed or cleaned in a very long while as well as a disturbing amount of gross water marks on the glass elevator. We assented quickly to the 4 th floor. Not the executive floor we should have been placed on and as I exited the elevator I began to sneeze and couldn't stop. The layer of dust that greeted me upon exited was appalling. Apparently, this hotel cannot reach certain areas and therefore chooses not to clean them on any level. I noticed the same on floor 7 when visiting the executive lounge which was small and cramped and the pool/sauna. Needless to say. I tried to spend most of my days out exploring instead of in a dust filled hotel where my allergies were quite uncontrollable. This was not the Hilton experience I expected not deserve for the money time and effort I am using for my holiday.
