Started with champagne and oysters, eased into a 7-course meal with pairings + cheese course + amuse bouche + palate cleansers. Every dish was fantastic with interesting textures, flavors, and beautiful presentation. The cheese selection was the largest I have seen with delicious selections from around Europe. Wine was on-point, excellent pairings from Austria, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Attentive and knowledgable wait staff, not pretentious. A perfect evening in a gorgeous setting.
