I also appreciated the complimentary sparkling water and soft drinks in the rooms mini bar. The tap water is unbelievably delicious and has a nice mouth feel. Lobby was cramped, exacerbated by Viking cruise hospitality desk. Staff were friendly enough to, and acted surprised we provided negative reviews at check out. I chose not to complain during our 2 night visit since prior similar reviews stated staff were really of no use in resolving issues.
