Anruf bei HRS. Sie drohen dem Hotel mit einer Untersuchung durch das Qualitätsmanagement. Plötzlich war ein Zimmer frei. Nachdem ich bemerkte, ich müsse mir noch überlegen, ob ich das Zimmer nehme, wurde ich des Hauses verwiesen.

They…read moremake you give them your old flight ticket as a form of the "payment," so I recommend taking a photo of it before you give it to them CONS - The airport said there is a free "shuttle" to take us from the airport to the hotel, but it turned out to be a nightmare - The "shuttle" is just a large van and could fit 6-7 guests max. Some guests waited for 40 min+ for the shuttle to pick them up and we learned that you had to call the hotel ahead of time to RESERVE a spot. There were about 20-30 guests trying to make it on this small van and it was an intense situation... - We ended up taking a Taxi to the hotel, which beat the van and we didn't have to argue with other guests about who was going in the small van. - No restaurant in the hotel (breakfast only), but they have a few recommendations for restaurants that are within walking distance. PROS - Awesome free breakfast (5/5)! Tons of fresh fruit, veggies, meats, cheeses, and baked goods. Good selection of juice, coffee, and milk. - Service was exceptional. At breakfast, each worker was on top of it! They were refilling food and drinks, and clearing plates/tables as needed - Great lobby and bar, tons of seating inside and outside - Small room, but decent for a 1-night stay, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean Thank you! :)

It is a Motel One, yes. It's a Motel One with horrible WiFi though. Plus: This Motel One has got…read morethese horrible tiny hamster tables in the reception area where you have breakfast. Also a general complaint. The desks in those joints are too tiny and the chairs aren't chairs. I have grown tired of Motel One. Especially this one. And I have to spend three more nights here this week...

I love this property!…read more Thanks to R and Nikko for kindly checkin me in and helping me out during my stay here. It is within 10-15 mins from the train stations. Two separates ones one starts with an O and another with M. Lots of cobblestones so a little difficult with rolling luggage. Recommend packing light or ordering a transport. Loved the swimming pool and sauna(s) like 3-4 separate ones with different temperatures and humidity! Pool is maybe 3 feet deeps. No diving. Gym great space. Floor 10 smelled like there was a smoker in the next room but opening my windows helped a lot! The restroom, kitchen and bed all very neat. Loved the vas space! Would highly recommend staying hear. Also there was a summer theater festival during the day!

I have to confess to not making the most of my recent stay at this hotel thanks to the…read moreunprecedented quantity of free alcohol given to my band when we played at the Union Halle on the second night of our trip. When I first arrived in Frankfurt I was straight off out for a wander down the gorgeous riverside, populated by joggers, rollerbladers, dog owners and anybody else who fancied a pleasant wander along the pretty river Main in the fading sun of the early evening. A man fed bread to an excited group of swans and ducks, a little girl clung on to her mum for help as they skated along and I mooched along blissfully, enjoying the extra few degrees of warmth I'd earned by travelling from London to Germany. When I got back to the hotel I spent time checking out the excellent spa facilities and gym and making plans to use them the following day, but after soundcheck and sightseeing I was only fit for a very comfortable nap under my big fluffy duvet before it was time to go to the show. And then the next morning I was so ill I had to beg for an extended late checkout so I could try to partially recover before heading home, so no spa or gym for me! That bed was super comfy though.
