Unfortunately most of our cards would not work, so the guy at the front desk had to help us get in our rooms. He was so super nice and helpful about it. Upon entering my room I my mouth fell open at the vastness and open space. The king sized bed is surrounded by four posts. The mattress is super firm and comfortable and already makes me want to sleep in and throughout the day! The room is minimally decorated, but had everything that you need including free wifi, a flat screen TV with tons of channels (unfortunately many of them do not get a signal), individually controlled heat and AC, and a terrace!! Also, the bathroom has a large soaking tub and bidet. Ido not want to leave this room! Our first dinner was amazing! Our waiters, Alejandro and Juliana, were super nice and attentive and the food was delicious! Also, the dining room was vast, comfortable, and beautiful! I cannot wait to eat here everyday! This hotel is just amazing and so beautiful! It smells like heaven and the service is really on point! So excited and blessed to be a guest here!!

I love the Paradores. This is of course not the best one but it is the best car stop between the…read moresouth and Madrid - it has all the old school castellian character you won't find in any of the gas station along the way, the food is decent and it has a wonderful entrance full of the old carriage houses.
