One star because I couldn't give them a zero. We booked this hotel on accident in December of 2019 for end of June 2020 through Expedia. Expedia said that the only way we could cancel is to have the hotel sign off and approve of the cancellation. Well last week, mid Feb 2020, Expedia had a hard time contacting the hotel. After many telephone calls, finally someone answered and they denied the cancellation, even though this is a super touristy town and could have easily been rebooked given the many months advanced noticed. Completely shotty business practices and customer service is terrible. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you have any kind of customer service standards. read more
