I am generally very…read moreopen about hotel facilities (hot water and Internet and a bed is all I need), but the staff (half of whom are the couple who owns the place) are rude and unhelpful to the point of hostility. And it wasn't just directed at me, but to all the guests, who we making the same observations over breakfast.
If you must travel to Sonneberg, try the Schlossberg Hotel.
