If I were to return to Valencia, I would definitely stay there again. It is not located in the center of the city, but it is easy to get there by bus or metro, and it is easy to park. Plus, there are many nice restaurants and bars in this area.

I am here for vacation with the family and I am using reward nights. This is my preferred Hotel…read morechain and I am very pleased with my stay. I had some issues at the beginning with the reservation ( connected rooms were not really connected) but the staff was made aware and I could change rooms 2 days later. For the troubled start we got fruits on the room. The gym and the rooms are in good shape and clean. Room service is also available and the cleaning maids take good care of your room. Another little issue we had was with the key cards. Or they did not open the Gym, or they did not open the garage or even the room. The staff told us it could be that we are leaving the key card close to the cel phone. But we did not do this. Anyhow staff was pleasant and always solved the little issues during our stay.
