A very basic hotel, just one notch better than your regular ibis. Reasonable breakfast buffet, no special facilities aside from a small conference center. read more

Everything about the property felt modern, clean, and very comfortable, from the room to the common areas. It was the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming back at the end of the day. I would absolutely stay here again and it would be my go to hotel the next time I'm in the area.
What a fantastic Hotel! Conveniently located about 15 minutes walk from the historic district,…read morethis is not a bad walk at all. We walked it in the middle of winter and it was not a problem. They have a restaurant and a bar and there is a mall literally across the street. The hallways are nice, well-maintained, all the premises are super clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful and nice. We were given tickets to get free drinks at the bar and also free wine or cider or something like that for Christmas but we didn't have time to do that. There is a parking garage if you need it there's also street parking. We were treated so well in this hotel. The rooms are very nice the showers are European modern and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were substantially larger than the rooms in England, and worth every penny. I would stay here again over and over. Love this place!
Best Western Plus Q Hotel

We stayed two nights at what is now called "Q Hotel Plus Wrocław" recently while visiting Wrocław…read more The Q Hotel is located a little over a mile from the city center. It is a rather simple, bare bones place: toiletries, hair conditioner, skin lotion or bar soap; only a combined shampoo/body gel container in the shower and in the sink. That said, our room was immaculate. Our HVAC unit functioned poorly on the first night, leaving the room hot and stuffy. Opening the window was out of the question because the road noise was loud at all hours during the night. Fortunately, the problem was fixed by 3pm the next afternoon, however our room had never been serviced. I gathered towels from an unoccupied cart nearby because after a full day of sight-seeing I was too tired to wait for late servicing. Breakfast is good: fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as meats, cereals and pastries. A coffee/hot water machine is nearby for hot beverages. All in all, I might consider another stay at this property.

It's nice to have a view from your hotel, but it wasn't a big deal that our room just looked out into an interior atrium. The room was quiet, clean, and a good size. There was a desk, a chair, and a little couch. Some of the other features in the room were free water bottles, a tv, a stocked mini-bar, a hairdryer, robes, and a kettle with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The bathroom had a shower tub along with a magnifying mirror and your usual toiletries along with a few others like a sewing kit. The spa area, which is free to use, has a small hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room. The night we went to check out the spa before dinner it was a bit of a hot mess with towels and some water bottles thrown everywhere, but it wasn't too bad as there were still towels for us to use. It seemed like although there was a desk for a staff member by the spa/gym area, it was not regularly staffed. All and all I would recommend staying here and would stay here again myself. It was easy and inexpensive to get to the hotel from the public bus that serves the airport, the staff was helpful, and the 2 nights we stayed here we slept well.

The Granary is nice little hotel on the edge of the old town neighborhood in Wroclaw…read more The 1st rooms we were given were large but had a funky layout. We asked to see the garden rooms -- perfection! So they move our rooms and all our luggage. Matthew is a total rockstar! First he helped us get to our rooms. The TV in my cousin's room was not working and we requested a list of TV channels. He said he'd take care of it while we had lunch. He settled all our issues but at that point we decided to change rooms. Not only did he move all our stuff to our new rooms, he gave us each a tutorial on how to use the TV. Yup it's a bit of an ugly American thing -- 2 weeks in Poland I needed to watch TV not just news in English. The room was well appointed-- queen bed, desk, sofa, soft linens, fluffy towels. Plus access to a semi-private garden -- the other hotel guests did not have access but the local kids came down to the garden often in search of lost balls.

It is tastefully decorated and furnished, it is very clean and the staff is friendly. The spa / workout area is very nice and clean but on the smaller side (e.g. there are two treadmills). The swimming pool is so nice as well and I loved the saunas. We did not have the pleasure to dine there but the rooftop bar is so very nice during good weather! The hotel could have a better selection of different whiskey's / whisky's - or at least keep the ones that are on the menu actually stocked. We ran into our selection not being. Also the hotel was very quiet. Neither sounds from within the hotel of from outside woke us up or were bothering us! Surprising for a very central location with a street and zone for pedestrians nearby. Altogether a great experience!
