The hotel has clean, comfortable rooms with good shower. Restaurant Orange le Moon is part of the hotel and has a good breakfast and dinner. The hotel can be booked at half board or for an additional Eur 8,- other additional on full board. Seems to be a good deal as other guests in the hotel told me they were surprised with the dinner they were offered at this price. Management and reception are very responsive and deal with any issues you have there. Still remember the day going up the mountain where the hotel is situated without snow chains and ending up sliding down the mountainroad. Managed to stop the car in a pile of snow :( . A lesson learned !! The manager of Bedriska took a snow chain and drove my car back to the hotel. Bedriska im a fan for all i expect in a hotel is there, clean, good shower, great food and top service.

The hotel had a huge indoor play area, since they are across from the Harrachov ski resort in the Krkonose range and even in the Summer time it may rain all day it was nice to have a place where your kids and slide into a bubble pit. Even though the rooms were large and had large bathrooms with showers, but were a little worse for the wear, the beds were comfy and the heaters worked (bad weather happens in central Europe during the Summer). Even though you could reserve the pool and sauna for an hour to yourself with an awesome Jacuzzi. Even though it had a great breakfast buffet with fresh baked items and hot food. I would definitely stay here again due to the location to activities like skiing, hiking, bike riding, the alpine slide, etc... It is connected to an OK restaurant, which has cold foamy Pilsner Urquell on tap. Good enough for me.

I stayed in a three-star double room, which was small and quite ok. The bed linen, towels and the bathroom itself were clean. The breakfast and the restaurant were good, with standard quality of food. My room and the restaurant were located in one building while the reception was in the next one, just in one minute walk away. In general, the impression is nice. The personnel is friendly, and I didn't encounter any bad situation during my stay. They have table tennis, billiards and a cosy living room with piano where you can play board games.

The hotel is located in a quite part of the town of Zitava and it is very comfy, clean, quite and the services are pretty good too. The room equipment is not different from other hotels- Each room has its own bathroom, tv and there is prepared bottle of mineral water for you as a present on the room table. This particular point was very nice. The room is cleaned every day by hotel service as you are probably used to. What I also really appreciated was strong wifi connection. To sum it up, if you would like to spend night in Zittau, I would recommend you this hotel.

Nice experience of an upper middle class restaurant in the area and the breakfast is better than average 3* level. Hotel: we got a room on the ground floor which seems to be newly renovated. The hotel has a very good 3* level with nice beds, spacious rooms, small hallway and big bathroom with shower and tub. You even get a sofa, good tv selection, free water and a minibar.
