this was my second visit to the property. as they have expanded in size, their customer service has declined. our room was on the second floor above the bar. a t night there is a piano player and it was loud in the room and the vibrations were transmitted. sleep was difficult. i attempted to speak to the front desk the first 2 nights and they would not address my issue, nor would they speak to or allow me to speak to a manager. i have attempted to email my complaints to the owner, and after many delays, excuses and a response that was written by someone else but auto signed by the owner, i received pompous condescending response and an inadequate compensation voucher.
