The bed was very comfortable, the products top-notch. The spa deserves a full review itself. The Thermal Club is adults only time, where you can spend a two hour block going between the sauna, the ice room, the steam room, and finally the shower rooms. Each shower is different. Then, after completing the circuits multiple times, proceed up to the fully glass-enclosed pool, where there are multiple different water features to pummel, massage, and relax you. Water beds, water jets, and water sprays make for a fun experience! We also spent several hours getting spa treatments, taking a thermal bath in the legendary healing waters of La Toja, getting massaged, wrapped, and facials. Afterwards, skin was so nice! This place is a destination in itself. Will worth the trip!

It's has great surroundings and ocean view mostly in every direction your look. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the staff is knowledgeable and with a lot of attention to detail. Their restaurant,is also worth a visit. Their menu is mostly composed by traditional local dishes with special focus on fish and shellfish, the superstars in the area. The only downfall I could see is that the property might look slightly outdated in their decor, as it was built a while ago and I don't think is has underwent any serious renovations eve since.

They show you the old equipment where the grapes used to get pressed and now the modern equipment and how it works. They do a great job explaining why the wine from this region tastes a certain way and why it can't be replicated in other areas. They are generous with the pouring and have some nice lite bites out as well. They make several liquors as well and I liked the coffee one but it was very strong! This would be a great spot for any kind of party, reception, etc. They are very nice and accomodating. The wine is very reasonable and they put it in a nice container for travel. While I usually prefer red wines, theirs is very different and I wasn't a fan. But the white, one of the best I have had! Great spot for a spanish wine tasting afternoon!

It's just a few minutes walk from the seafront, the boulevard, Plaza Fefiñanes and other squares. The owners are really kind, making it feel more like a bed and breakfast and honoring the description "hotel familiar". The rooms have a good standard and the prices are really good (€45-60, depending the season). A few years ago when we stayed her, we got very ill from eating a lot of different seafood mixed with a lot of different alcoholic drinks (... oops, our own fault) and when we got home to the hotel the owner immediately noticed this. She made us rice water (the water in which the rice is boiled), supposedly a secret Galician miracle drink for stomach illness. It seemed to help. The day before the cleaner had put our wet shoes in the sun on the French balcony. What a service! It has a small cafe on the ground floor: cafeteria Bodegón with a nice view on the church. When wanting a cheaper and less touristy hotel (like the Parador) as a fallout base for exploring the country during the day, this hotel serves the purpose.
