Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Frankfurt. Super convenient to city center including the opera house.

Our room was nice, AC worked well. The shower had hot water but -1 star because it was kind of awkward to get in/out of. They also serve food, although I'm not sure of the hours. Very convenient location. Very quick/easy walk to the Christmas market, Main River and cute little cafes, and shops. Also very easy walk to the Galleria and Goethe Haus. I didn't interact with the staff too much except when checking in and then again when my room key didn't work and the guy at the desk at the time was polite and helpful. An amazing spread of prepared and cook-to-order items. The hotel recruited German painter Hartwig Ebersbach to create 230 paintings, which are placed throughout the hotel, including one in each guest room. I want to commend the concierge staff of Timo, David and Isabel. They went above and beyond in helping finalize our touring plans. The sushi restaurant downstairs was very good and convenient for tired travelers. There are actually 2 - one is cafeteria style and one is sit down. It was busy when we walked in and took a little while to get our room. Check in is at 3pm. Our room was on the top floor and was spacious and modern. Other rooms on this floor had balconies, but ours had an interior courtyard view. Well lit and cleanly decorated. The bathroom is strange, with a full glass wall around the toilet, but a half wall in the shower. Not sure about that since you'll flood the bathroom every time you shower. No way around it. The towel warmer came in handy. The toilet seats have hidden bidets built in, courtesy of a few buttons on the side. Give it a try, the water is warm. The bed was two twins stuck together to make one large bed, so the seam in the middle was palpable. There is a gym on the second floor that offers a few machines. You'll need your room keys to get to the elevator and up to your floor, so it feels secure enough. Bonus: there's a street market on Thursday mornings just outside the hotel.
