Rooms and decor were very old school but ultra pleasing, (if your from Williamsburg NY - hipster central decor) there is a bar on the main floor lobby area that also includes desserts and food made in house. There is WiFi through out which is great - dzięki, and West of the hotel is Palace Branicki. Loved the place with its gardens, fountains and lakes when I was a kid. But being soo close and esp. At night very pleasing sight and distance to hotel is great.. and yes it is safe to go there at night. There is also a mini water park/slides/pools inside hotel in the much bigger basement of hotel which is a must go
Overall great location, quiet, fantastic views and close to all attractions
P.S. first time in Białystok- don't cross the streets if the walk signal is not illuminated... it is a crime to Jay walk and crossing a street without a walk signal is illegal... even if no car drove past for 2 min.
