The room is extra clean and the food is really good too. This place reminds me of home, family run business. If you're looking for somewhere to spend the night in a nice clean bed and have good breakfast to then venture off and enjoy the sites then this place is for you. It's a shame not to many people have rated this. Oh and by the way, there is no need for a pool when you have the beautiful ocean just a few blocks away. Like I said , the beach is walking distance. This little bed & breakfast is located in front of the beach in a quieter part of the tourist area…read moreof Joao Pessoa. It's quiet, but there are still lot of bars & restaurants in walking distance as to be convenient. The area is very well maintained and the beach is very nice. The Pousada has air conditioning in all the rooms. Breakfast (as you'd expect) is included and is generous, if not opulent: choices of cold cuts, breads, fresh fruit, coffee etc. as well as eggs made to order and tapioca too. There's a small pool in the front of the hotel & they keep it very clean, but you're not going to do laps in it. In all, not a bad choice considering the low price per night.
